7. Inappropriate content and age verification on FabroMont websites

8. How long does FABROMONT store my data?
We store your personal data in our systems for as long as is necessary for the activity in question.
If you delete your FabroMont account, your personal data will also be immediately deleted. The remaining data is anonymized for the purpose of evaluation. For more information about deleting your FabroMont account, see section 9 below.
If you submit content to us together with your personal information (UGC User Generated Content), our terms of use govern how long we store such material.
If you have not used your FabroMont account in the last year, your account may be considered “dormant” and deleted in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We'll email you to let you know before we delete an account. Therefore, please check your inbox regularly for such emails from us.

Information about the browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL (origin URL), IP address of the accessing computer, time of the server request, HTML pages visited, number and duration of sessions. The IP address is abbreviated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address may be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and only abbreviated there.

13. Your data protection rights
In the area of data protection, we would like to comply with international regulations, guidelines and industry standards and would like to confirm to you that you can assert the following rights with regard to your data (Art. 25 ff. DSG and Art. 15 ff. GDPR):
